I was so blessed this week when my phone rang.  Before answering I noticed the usually long number, unlike the 10 numbers I see everyday when the phone rings. It was Pastor Joel Robinson Mugambwa, author of “Praying to Make a Difference” calling from Uganda. When he was in the US several months ago, he picked up the OnCall Prayer Journal.  Pastor Joel was calling to tell me how blessed he was by using my prayer journal. Now THAT was a Hug from God . . . all the way from the other side of the world! What a thoughtful word of encouragement, indeed.  Let’s remember to take the time to encourage others daily.

We have exciting news!  The Journey with Tom Dooley is back on the air! Tune in on 91.3 FM during drive time (6:30-7:00 am) Monday – Friday and 2:00-4:00 pm on Saturdays. 

I have always said, if you want to know what God is going to sound like when you get to Heaven, listen to the voice of Tom Dooley! But sadly as you may know, Tom passed away last November, as a result of brain cancer.  However his wife, Melanie, is picking up the baton and carrying the ministry forward.  She is now President/CEO of MasterMedia Ministries and will also introduce the radio programs.  The Journey was on the air daily for 20 years.  These programs can now be re-aired to bring blessing and encouragement to a listening audience. My husband, Ronnie and I have served on the Board of Directors for MasterMedia Ministries for many years and we are thrilled to be a part to help carry this ministry forward.   Tune into The Journey daily and tell a friend!
